Bricks & Pavers
Mar 1 @ 8:30 am – Dec 31 @ 4:00 pm

BRICKS & PAVERS

It’s Spring and time to order your Pavers and Bricks to be placed in the main entrance of AEC.  Currently we have well over 200 engraved bricks and pavers at our beautiful entrance way.

Many people have purchased bricks in memory of loved ones, in honor of birthdays and anniversaries, graduating classes, etc.

The cost of the Pavers is $100.  Cost of Bricks is $50.00.  If you place your order before June 1, 2018 your paver/brick will be engraved and placed in the entry by fall of 2018.   It’s a wonderful way to honor friends and family!

Integrative Dry Needling @ Allen Eiry Center
Apr 25 @ 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Having pain? Nothing has helped?
We have an idea for you!

Joel Ardner, D.C. is going to talk to us about “Integrative Dry Needling” a
holistic approach to treating painful
conditions. Whether you have chronic pain from arthritis and degeneration, or you have a recent injury that just isn’t getting better, dry needling offers hope to those in pain.

Developed from the ancient Chinese healing art of acupuncture, dry needling is a modern, scientific approach that stimulates the body’s own healing ability to reduce inflammation and pain.

One of our own members at AEC, Janet Scheid has completed this procedure and would like to inform you of her results. This is a presentation that you don’t want to miss!

Enjoy coffee and snacks while learning more about how this amazing technique works and what conditions we have helped people overcome.

Wednesday, April 25, 2018 @ 10:00am. Please call 419-448-9774 to make your reservation today.

YOGA @ Allen Eiry Center
Apr 26 @ 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Yoga
What I teach is not a bunch of seemingly impossible poses you see in magazines and TV. I teach a gentle slow Yoga, therapeutic rather than for fitness at Allen Eiry. We are in chairs, standing and going to the floor is optional. Several students remain in chairs with modifications from the floor poses. This Yoga is ideal for inactive seniors or if you suffer from illness, injury, obesity, limited mobility or more. It moves the joints and body increasing body awareness, circulation, digestion, respiration, strength, flexibility, stress management, coordination, balance and more. It does not require any special equipment or clothing. What it does require is your will to have a healthier, stress-free self. Everyone is made comfortable in my class no matter their level of flexibility or inflexibility. And we also have fun. I look forward to seeing and helping you enjoy the benefits of Yoga.

Chuck Burmeister: RYT 500, Reiki, Aromatherapy. I have been teaching Yoga for 5 years, practicing for 9 years. If you have, any questions please feel free to contact me at 419-618-1014 or email chuck@yogachuck.com. I also have a website with a lot of great information; go to www.yogachuck.com to check it out.
