YOGA @ Allen Eiry Center
Apr 23 @ 6:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Yoga
I don’t teach a bunch of seemingly impossible poses you see in magazines and TV. I teach a gentle slow Yoga, therapeutic rather than for fitness at Allen Eiry. We are in chairs, standing and going to the floor is optional. Several students remain in chairs with modifications from the floor poses. This Yoga is ideal for inactive seniors or if you suffer from illness, injury, obesity, limited mobility or more. It moves the joints and body increasing body awareness, circulation, digestion, respiration, strength, flexibility, stress management, coordination, balance and more. It does not require any special equipment or clothing. What it does require is your will to have a healthier, stress-free self. Everyone is made comfortable in my class no matter their level of flexibility or inflexibility. And we also have fun. I look forward to seeing and helping you enjoy the benefits of Yoga.

Chuck Burmeister: RYT 500, Reiki, Aromatherapy. I have been teaching Yoga for 5 years, practicing for 9 years. If you have, any questions please feel free to contact me at 419-618-1014 or email chuck@yogachuck.com. I also have a website with a lot of great information; go to www.yogachuck.com to check it out.
