This Gentle Yoga class is a combination of chair, standing and floor Yoga. Floor is optional. This is a no-pain Yoga and you stay within your own limits, moving through poses in a safe controlled manner. You will improve flexibility, strength, balance and more. This Yoga also works for those who have never exercised or with an illness, injury or limited mobility and more. This is a comfortable, relaxed and fun class.
This class will be offered weekly each Monday evening. You are required to be a current member of the AEC to participate. For the Yoga class, drop in or join at any time. The cost is $6 per session or 10 sessions for $50.00.
Remember that this class is also offered each Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. and Monday evening at 6:00 p.m.
