CARDIO DRUMMING 50+
This is a great cardio exercise! Drumming can be done by standing or sitting, it can be done by people of different physical abilities. Join us to learn more about “drumming”. It’s fun, keeps you active and lots of benefits will be gained!!
Open to anyone 50 years and older and is a member of AEC. The Cardio Drumming classes are lead by Brandie Gruss.
We have Cardio Drumming each Tuesday mornings at 8:00AM.
