Join us for a workout with
certified instructor Chuck Burmeister
each Mondays & Wednesdays, @ 1:15pm.
This workout requires just a set of 2-pound (each) dumbbells (which each participant will need to provide their own.)
There is absolutely no aerobics or dance choreography to learn. Your instructor
Chuck will explain and depict how each exercise is performed before it is actually
performed by participants.

You are required to be a current member of the Allen Eiry Center to participate.
One Session is 8 weeks long.
Cost: $48.00/8 class term or $80 for any 2 terms (saves $16)
Class is limited to 25 participants.
